To translate Picklist Labels, follow the steps below:
Go to Salesforce Setup.
In Quick Find, search for Translate.
In the Language dropdown list, select the “English” to alter the existing text.
In the Setup Component dropdown list, select Picklist Value.

In the Object dropdown list, select an EventSpark object that you want to alter.
In this example we have selected “Delegate/Guest”.

Hover over the Picklist Value Label Translation column of the Picklist Value you want to translate, double click and enter the alternative text to the text box and click “Save”.
Below is an example of the alteration that was made:

Before: See “Vegan”. |
After: See “Whole Foods Plant Based”. |

Do the same for Global Value Set
In the Setup Component dropdown list, select Global Value Set
Below is an example of the alteration that was made:

After: See “US $” |
To remove the changes made and revert back to the original EventSpark Packaged text, simply double click the text box where the alteration was made and delete the text.
