Classic Email Templates Upgrade Guide

EventSpark Version 3.23 Classic Email Templates Upgrade Guide


Update ALL the Classic Email Templates to include the attributes to refactor the fonts.

Feature: Standardize font in classic email templates

Classic Email Templates

  • Go to Setup and search for “Classic Email Templates”

  • Under the EventSpark Folder, select the Email Template

  • For each Visualforce/Html Email Template listed below, click "Edit" and then in the Template replace references to the font-family:

    • It is suggested that you do a "Ctrl F" & "Replace" for this.

    • On your Keyboard, Type "Ctrl F" and paste the snippet seen in RED in the Finder

    • In the HTML, where you have found the snippet, replace it with the following snippet seen in GREEN below.

  • Click "Save".
