The User must be assigned the “EventSpark Flock Integration” permission set.
Requirements configuration:
Assign "EventSpark Flock Integration" Permission Sets to users
From Setup, enter Permission Sets in the Quick Find box, and then select Permission Sets

Click on the Permission Sets Name "EventSpark Flock Integration"

Click "Manage Assignments"

Click "Add Assignment"
Select the users you want to assign the permissions to.
Click "Next"
Click "Assign"
Click "Done"
