Tracking the Status of Delegates

Having set up your Delegate Related List on the Event/Function Object, as well as having set up your Custom Registration, you will now be able to view and track your attendees, how they responded they would attend, and how they attended.

You will not be able to monitor and track the Capacity vs Registered Delegates per venue type from the Event/Function “Venue and Capacity” section. You will have to run a report or view your Delegate List in a sorted manner based on the Attending field, to monitor and assess your Physical Venue capacity limits. This will be on the onus of the Event Manager to manage.

Here I can see that six people have opted to attend my Event at the Physical Venue:

After I wrap up my Virtual Event, I can see who all attended, and because of how I set up my List view, with the addition of the Virtual Event Attendance Status, I can also see how they attended:

  • Below, those who have “Joined” under the Virtual Attendance Join Status field, attended my Event Virtually, and those who have null, with the Attendance Status “Attended”, attended my Event Physically.

This can also be created with a Customized list view on the Delegate using the Event as a filter and selecting my chosen fields.
