Once a delegate receives an invitation, they will be asked to RSVP.
If they click on RSVP, they will be taken to the event site with an RSVP page to repsond "Yes, I'll be there", or "Not this time".

If they continue their registration on the Microsite, by clicked the "Yes, I'll be there" button, they will immediately receive a Verification Code, which they need to capture in the RSVP form.
At this point, it will update the Delegate Status to RSVP Yes, however, this does not mean the Delegate is complete with their registration as they may need to still update their form or complete payment.
For security reasons "Require Verification Code" is always set to “Yes”. If you want to have control over this field, and not enforce "Require Verification Code" please contact support@sparksmiths.com.
Once they enter the OTP, they will be taken to a pre-populated registration form where they may need to make further updates their form and/or select a ticket.

Once they have confirmed their details, they will submit their Registration Form.
If the Event is a Non-ticketed or Free-ticket event, their Delegate Status will be updated to RSVP Yes Completed
However, if it is a Paid-for Ticketed event, the Delegate Status will be updated to RSVP Yes Pending - Payment
They will need to complete their payment, and thereafter the Delegate Status will be updated to RSVP Yes Completed.
