Enable the Digital Pass feature
For EventSpark to integrate with Passcreator, please contact EventSpark Support or Sales (support@sparksmiths.com or info@sparksmiths.com) to enquire about enabling this feature in your org. Contact Passcreator to create an account.
Create an API key
In Passcreator, generate a new API key and save the value:
Configure Named Credential in Salesforce
In Salesforce, a Named Credential needs to be setup to allow connectivity between Salesforce and Passcreator.
In Setup, search “Named Credentials” in the Quick Find box.
Click on the External Credential ‘Passcreator’ to open it
Click on the dropdown arrow next to the Principal ‘PasscreatorPrincipal’ and click ‘Edit’.
Click ‘Add’ to add a new Authentication Parameter. Call it ‘ApiKey’ and add the Passcreator API key you created as the value, then click ‘Save’.
