Using Quick Check-In

  • If you don’t want to use the self-service check-in wizard where delegates need to check themselves in and update their data, you can also use the mobile quick check-in to bulk check them in yourself. To do this, click on the Quick Check-in button on your Event.

  • You can mark delegates as having attended at the click of a tick. This can be done on any mobile device. You can filter the delegate by their status to make them easier to find (Tip: Filter by None so that as you mark Delegates as having attended, they disappear from your list, so it gets shorter).

  • As you mark a Delegate as Attended by clicking on the green tick, their status is updated to Attended in EventSpark. You do not need to save or do anything further. You can also mark No-Shows by clicking the red X.

  • When a Delegates has attended an event, you check them out by clicking the blue arrow. The Check Out Date/Time on their Delegate record is updated.

  • The check out button is not clickable for Delegate who have not attended the event.
