A Virtual Platform Connection record is used to indicate who the virtual platform service provider is. It also has authentication details. A virtual Venue is linked to a Virtual Platform Connection record.
Zoom
Specify a corresponding Salesforce Named Credential that completes the integration configuration. This references a Named Credential that been configured in Salesforce by your System Admin. Obtain this information from your System Admin.

When the EventSpark application integrates with Zoom, it needs to know the name of the authenticated Named Credential. This information is captured on a Virtual Platform Connection record.
