Step 2: Configure the Tracking Parameters on your Organizing Entity
Navigate to the EventSpark App
Select the Organizing Entity Tab
Select the Organizing Entity on which your Event Belongs to
At the Actions dropdown on the top right of the Organizing Entity Record, click the "Select Reg Tracking Settings" Action

Add and define the parameters you would like to track by clicking "Add"

Set the ‘Tracking Parameter Name’ to the parameter that will be in your URL, in this example it would be ‘lead_source_1’.
The Tracking Paramenter and the URL Parameter must match exactly, therefore it is important to be case sensitive and preferrably use small case for this "Tracking Parameter Name"

Set the ‘Delegate Field API Name’ to the API name of your custom text field on the Delegate object where you want the value of the tracking parameter to be stored, in this example it would be ‘esnsqa3x_Lead_Source_1__c’. The Delegate API Name must be the exact Field Name as provided by your Salesforce System Admin.

Click "Save"
NOTE: You can add multiple parameters to store on multiple text fields, but you cannot store multiple parameters on the same text field. If you set multiple tracking parameters to the same custom field API name, the values will be overridden and only one of the parameter values will be captured on the field.
